Every cloud has a silver lining of some kind. Look at this brooch for instance. I was given this brooch firstly because the giver thought I would like it (and I do) but also by way of apology. So a bad thing turned into a nice thing. And the brooch is made from an old kimono so again, a silver lining, this time for the kimono. It turned into a nice thing too – a puffy brooch. Now let’s hope the clouds blow away and the weekend turns into a nice puffy one too.
