I’ve never been big on the exclamation mark. It’s so dramatic. I never know whether people are happy or angry when they’re using it. And then there’s the dreaded question / exclamation mark combination. In my books, there’s no excuse for it. ‘What do you mean there’s no more f***ing turkeys!?!’
